Development Permit Exemptions

The City of Winnipeg's Planning, Property & Development Department (PP&D) will implement zoning bylaw updates in phases, starting with development permit exemptions. Recent bylaw amendments, approved on March 21, 2024, grant the PP&D Director authority to determine the need for a development permit.
